This delicate hand holding a shell was produced by Nelson McCoy in the 1940s. This hand is finished in a soothing aqua matte glaze.
There are two smaller clam shells adorning the palm of the hand.
McCoy produced a variety of hand vases in the 1930s and 40s but this style is less common and harder to find. This vase would make a great vessel for fresh cut or dried flowers.
