We are excited to announce the start of our Absinthe Afterhours Event Series in our new Richmond, VA storefront!

This debut series will be comprised of varying lecturers and events with a focus on 17th through early 20th century history, fancy crafts and social engagements.

For our inaugural event, we are over the moon to have author and historian Sarah Nehama joining us. Her book, "In Death Lamented: The Tradition of Anglo-American Mourning Jewelry" is a must-read for every hair and mourning jewelry enthusiast!

Sarah will be sharing her extensive knowledge on mourning and sentimental jewelry as well as presenting a slideshow and bringing pieces from her personal collection.

Sarah also will be available after the talk to sign copies of her book, which we have for sale in the shop.

As an added bonus, Sarah will be in the shop on Saturday as well selling pieces from her personal collection!

Seating for this event is limited, so do not wait to purchase tickets!

** You will not receive a physical ticket. Please bring your confirmation e-mail to the event. **
