Shipping policy

We happily ship within the United States and abroad. We take great care to ensure that all orders are carefully wrapped and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Shipping rates are calculated by package weight and destination.

In an effort to be environmentally conscious, we do not include a printed receipt with your order. You will receive an electronic copy in your e-mail for your records.

Domestic/US Shipping

Domestic purchases are shipped via UPS or USPS. Please allow 3-7 days for delivery. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us in advance so proper arrangements can be made.

All domestic jewelry orders of $100 or more will receive complimentary insurance coverage. Jewelry purchases of $300 or more ship free of charge within the continental United States.

Due to the weight and size of antique curios, they do not ship for free at this time. If you purchase a jewelry item as well as one of our curios, you will be charged for shipping.

The Veiled Mirror is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or packages that arrive late due to carrier delays. If your package sustains damage during transit, please contact us immediately so we can file an insurance claim.

International Shipping

International purchases will arrive via USPS First Class International Parcel Post or Priority Mail. Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery. Express shipping and insurance are available upon request at the buyer's expense. Please contact us with any shipping requests you may have.

All VAT, import fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
