It's no secret that we love sacred hearts and this one is a really sweet piece! Plus, it's such a great size that you can easily display it anywhere in your home.
This beautiful little mixed-media piece is most likely from right around the turn of the century. It features a highly saturated watercolor heart wrapped in thorns painted on heavy paper. Surrounding the heart are thin lines of metallic gold paint and underneath are the words "Cor Jesu! In Te Confido," which is Latin for "Heart of Jesus, I trust in Thee."
Artwork comes framed in a silver plated easel frame with (very slight) bubble glass.
