An incredibly rare and unusual Wilton Company cast iron bottle opener. The Wilton family started their company, Susquehanna Castings, in 1892 but it wasn't until 1935 that they started Wilton Products where they started producing painted household cast iron objects like this bottle opener.
While this bottle opener is considerably more modern, it looks as though it came right out of the Victorian era. It makes us wonder if it was based on one of their older molds. This opener can also be used as a paperweight or a wall decoration.
