One of the most coveted pieces of vintage Tobacciana, this kitschy mechanical cigarette dispenser named Fatima first hit the market in 1929.
Created by Kindel and Graham, this lovely lady is hand carved from solid wood and is designed to bear the resemblance of a fortune teller who always foretells a fresh new cigarette in your future!
To work the device you simply remove the lid, place your cigarettes into the internal compartment and raise the lever next to her face and voila! Like magic a cigarette appears in her mouth!
Such a great novelty piece!

This dispenser has been well loved. There are numerous scratches in the wood and areas where the finish is wearing off. There is a small chip in the side of the lid. Her lid is slightly warped and bows up slightly in the back. Her mechanism still works but sometimes can stick a bit requiring two pushes on the dispenser mechanism. She still presents beautifully.
