This lovely piece showcases a 3-dimensional Jesus crucified on the cross. Above him are the letters I.N.R.I., which is a Latin abbreviation for Jesus Nazarenus, Rex Judeorum. or Jesus of Nazareth, King of the Jews.
This particular candlestick is an example of a pressed glass piece, which means the glass was heated and then pressed into a wooden mold to form its shape as opposed to being blown by hand. The use of this technique often leads to rough and chipped looking seams and edges.

This candlestick came out of the mold rough and ready and that's just what it is. It has a lot of rough seams, surface cracks and very visible air bubbles. Whoever poured the glass into the mold didn't do the greatest job and you can see it in the wavy glass lines particularly on the base. All of its flaws happened during the molding process, so technically it is perfectly imperfect!
