If you are like us, you can never have too many trinket boxes! They are perfect for holding your jewelry, letters of affection from a secret lover, or a bevy of miscellaneous treasures and mementos.
This lovely box is a generous size and features a picturesque celluloid portrait of a sullen lady reflecting on life's great mysteries while floating in her canoe.
Inside of the box is fabric lined with a mirror that looks like it could tell stories of its own. The outside of the box features a sweet lacquered paper surround with gold metallic flowers. Box fastens with a brass latch.
Truly a sweet (and handy) piece!
